Rusty Hardin beleives the recent claims against Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson are completely false HOUSTON — Former Houston Texans and current Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is facing 24 civil lawsuits of sexual misconduct and sexual assault.
