American specialists from the College of Sports Medicine, which is located in Indianapolis, conducted a new study showing that for an ideal figure, you need to exercise only 7 minutes a day. During the study, 12 basic exercises were identified that will keep the figure in perfect shape.

The essence of this training technique is that all exercises should be short and very intense. It is this approach to fitness that will make it possible to achieve the best results in the shortest possible time. Each exercise should be performed for 30-60 seconds.

One of the main exercises is the wall squat. The essence of these loads, which appear during sliding from a standing to a sitting position, is that they make it possible to keep the muscles located in the lower body in good shape. Among other things, to achieve the desired effect, you must perform simple squats and lunges.

To strengthen the muscles of the upper body, the most effective are push-ups with a turn, regular push-ups, a side plank, as well as squats on a chair with your back to it. The press is maintained in perfect condition thanks to the usual lifts of the body and the plank. The study showed that only 2 weeks of such training will make it possible to achieve the same result that can be obtained after 5-6 weeks of exhausting exercises.
