High blood pressure is a harbinger of serious cardiovascular diseases: heart attack and stroke. That is why it is important for hypertensive patients to prescribe the right treatment and adjust nutrition as early as possible. Proper diet is the key to good health and the best prevention of complications.
The main assistants in the fight against high blood pressure are flavonoids – these are natural antioxidants that reduce capillary fragility and normalize the process of supplying the brain with oxygen. In large quantities, these plant compounds are found in the following products:
